Forge Server wont create files just on Server but works on Pc

Hey everyone So, my Problem is pretty complicated. If I try to run a Froge Server on my Pc everything works just fine. But as soon as I try it on my Server and run the run.bat file there is just an error message. It doesn’t create any files and doesn’t ask me to accept the EULA. Can someone please help me? Or has the same problem? Thanks! error_message.txt
