    It seems every forge version 1.11.2 and bellow are all broken

    Starting probably today from what I can gather on the forums, every version of forge that is 1.11.2 and bellow is broken and does not work. Please actually answer the question and don't say that the versions aren't supported on the forum because this seems like a real big issue. It seems when you try to install anything 1.11.2 or bellow when you click on the application to install it, it doesn't launch and it gives a txt file that reads, Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError at net.minecraftforge.installer.ClientInstall.getSponsorMessage(ClientInstall.java:326) at net.minecraftforge.installer.InstallerAction.getSponsorMessage(InstallerAction.java:59) at net.minecraftforge.installer.InstallerPanel.updateFilePath(InstallerPanel.java:236) at net.minecraftforge.installer.InstallerPanel.<init>(InstallerPanel.java:217) at net.minecraftforge.installer.SimpleInstaller.launchGui(SimpleInstaller.java:153) at net.minecraftforge.installer.SimpleInstaller.main(SimpleInstaller.java:40) Caused by: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 1 at net.minecraftforge.installer.MirrorData.buildMirrorList(MirrorData.java:84) at net.minecraftforge.installer.MirrorData.<init>(MirrorData.java:63) at net.minecraftforge.installer.MirrorData.<clinit>(MirrorData.java:17) ... 6 more If you could actually help that would be great because multiple people on these forums, the minecraft subreddit and on different forums across the internet have reported the same issue all today.
