    LOL, found the fix, I was basically opening the server with the minecraft_server.jar instead of the forge.jar. Very weird mistake lmao

    I also dont really understand what this means, I did what you said and i tried starting the server but this happened, and yes i did give permissions to the file

    also the tutorials tell you to rename both the start text to forge.jar and the real jar to forge.jar if that makes sense

    Hello, So I started up a "Forge" server but it actually isnt forge and wont load any mods onto it. I watched multiple tutorials on how to do this but it says its vanilla and mods dont work on it If anyone could help it would be great
