When going to a mod's page on forge and clicking "File" you can download different files of the mod for different versions of minecraft but there's a section on the different files that say "type". So far I've seen 3 different types of files, A (grey box with an A inside), B (Blue box with a B inside) and R (Green box with an R inside). my problem is I don't know what they mean. (I've added a picture for reference)
After opening the minecraft launcher where you can pick regular minecraft or snapshots or forge for example and then click play, I realised that when I hover my mouse over forge it says "This installation has been modified and might not support the latest player safety features. I didn't think much of it but when I clicked "Play", my minecraft crashed giving me an error message (see picture). I don't know how to fix this.
(I'm adding mods if it matters to the situation and my forge version is 1.16.5) (Someone told me to post the debug log and I think I found it but not sure)

So I'm trying to download forge for a minecraft server but when I download the forge installer and open it, it asks me what to open the installer with. I'm not sure what to do.
