Nightmare Plague

I'm sorry, but I'm fairly computer-illiterate. I don't know what you mean by log and I don't see anything that lets me click on it. I also don't know what a "libs" folder is. Could I please have some idiot-proof step-by-step directions without the rudeness?

The only mod I'm trying to install right now is Forge, nothing is in my mods or coremods folders. For some reason it gives me an error message when I load the game and it begins to download the rest of the necessary files.
