I just followed the tutorial they provided. But somehow when the server uses the forge server .jar file to initialize, it won't create the "mods" directory. Here's an image of the initializing config (portuguese descriptions)

Do you suggest something that I could do to solve this?

Me and my friends bought a server host for one month, after running the server with the latest forge build I tried joining the game but I received this message: "incomplete set of tags received from server. please contact server operator" debug.log latest.log
