I started a server with friends on 1.16 with mods. The problem is that hostile mobs do not spawn on our server. At the very beginning of the game, they spawned, but now they just stopped. At the same time, spawners work, mobs appear from them.
Everything is fine in hell, everyone spawns. In the ordinary world, no.
Difficulty - normal, doMobSpawning true. The server.properties spawn of mobs is included.
