  1. Okay, I redownloaded Java a few times and restarted my computer a few times as well and tried run jarfix again, and it finally let me install the client, and it looks like it's running now. Thanks for pointing me towards the correct jarfix
  2. I downloaded jarfix, but it doesn't think I have Java downloaded. When I try to, it tells me I have no latest Java SE Runtime Environment, even though I very clearly do, in multiple places.
  3. Forgot to mention I'm running Windows 10 ^

  5. I've downloaded Java and the Forge installer for 1.16.4. When I try to open the Forge installer with Java Platform SE Binary, it asks for permission to let Java SE Runtime Environment make changes to my device, which I let it. After that, I get an error message titled "Java Installation Not Complete" The body text reads- "Unable to install Java. There are errors in the following switches: (Forge installer file name) Check that the commands are valid and try again." I've tried different versions of both Forge and Java and none of them have worked. They all give the same error message. I can't tell if the problem is the installer or Java. Thanks for any help.
