Just tried that, after I deleted the minecraft.jar i reopened it to start fresh. Closed out of minecraft and put in the 6.6.0.516 version of forge. Re-opened minecraft and at the home screen, it still says im running the 6.6.0.497 version, thats before i put in any updated mods. When I put the mods in, same thing happened. Everything worked fine until railcraft was put in, then I got the same message as before about not being able to find the right forge.

I have put in the 6.6.0.516 version of forge easily 20 times now, its not working for me.

So I play on a Volts server and they recently updated their mods. I updated all of mine and found that everything works fine until I add in railcraft 6.17.00. After I add that into the mods folder, and try opening up Volts, it says it cannot find Forge : [6.6.0.516) even though I have downloaded that version. When I take railcraft out of the mods folder, everything works fine.
