WaykCraft

I recently installed forge and started playing mods on it but i wanted to play a mod called Terraria Craft so i installed all of the mods + support mods and i saw you need an old version of forge so i installed it and went to open the folder but nothing happened but a text file appeared forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2847-installer.jar.log. So i don't know if its me that did something wrong or what.
