is there not a server file download rather than install? like all the files together for a server. If i can copy a server onto a flashdrive and use it on another computer, why not have a zip file with all the basic stuff already on it?

still having archive issue, downloaded latest forge, tried regular server installer (archive issue). tried without spaces (archive issue)

I'm needing help trouble shooting this "archive" error I've been scrubbing the threads and have not found a valid fix. I am running java16. which seemed to be most people's issues. i put my installer and folder on the desktop to see if that helps but still nothing. i attached my installer log. help would be greatly appreciated.
