Hello, so recently i downloaded a mod, that only worked on an older version of 1.12.2 forge (14.23.4.2759), but when i turn the ,jar installer on, the installation window won't pop up. I also tried to run it from the CMD, and this is what error it gives me: i searched all over the internet, but couldn't find a solution.
