    Glitching blocks and can't eat

    I downloaded forge the other day for the new update, I have previsously used forge on the last update and had no problems however now when I try to break a block, it takes a few seconds to destroy and I'll try again and the block will reappear a few times before deleting. I am also having a similar issue with eating food, where it is not allowing me to replenish and it just does the animation continually. Is this a bug and are other people having this issue or just me?
