    My forge sv doesn't install

    Hi, when I try to create a forge sv and try to open it doesn't even create the files for eula, the mods folder, etc. I'm trying to make a sv in 1.12.2 with Java 8 so I don't know where the problem is. The only thing I see that is different from the tutorials and so is that when I install the sv from the installer I downloaded the files that creates are the folder "libraries", the "minecraft_server.1.12.2.jar" file and (the problem I see is here) a file called forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2855.jar and in the tutorials that file must have at the end "universal" or something like that. I don't know if it is the problem but I left it here.
