    Minecraft Forge loads but freezes

    I have been trying to download a mod for years now and I need Forge version 1.12.2 to play it. Whenever I launch my minecraft forge through minecraft is loads the minecraft forge loading screen but then freezes and say not responding. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing many times but it is the same outcome every single time.
