When I try to download forge, when I open it, it immediately opens Minecraft launcher, not giving me a 'Mod System Installer' page screen which asks me to either Install client, install server or extract. (If you'd like to see the page i'm talking about go to 6:37 on the video How to download and install the Patcher mod (by PixelForging). PLEASE HELP!
