Running a modded server and getting lag and cant figure out why. Running on a pentium g4560 with 8gb of ram dedicated to the server. Logs Below.

Hosting a pack with about 100 mods. Runs fine but occasionaly it will time everyone out and then not allow anyone to rejoin until theres a restart. Along with this after everyone is timed out my hosting pc sits at 100% cpu usage until the server is restarted
