    Can't install Forge

    Hello, I tried to install Forge for 1.12.2 version 2838, but each time I try to double click the .jar file, it creates a .txt file which I have provided below. I have the latest Java 8 update 301 and every driver is up to date. Thank you. forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2838-installer.jar.log
