User name - not computer name It's a windows thing. But 784 fixed it - so give that a try

See my thread - you have a space in your user name and it'll be fixed soon. (a work around is to create a new user - with no space).

You have the same problem as I have. A quick fix is to create a new user, that doesn't have spaces in his user name.

I suspect that's the culprit I created a new user - and installed minecraft (user name 'test') - installed forge 781 - and bingo; it's working. Here's the log, just in case (I doubt you need it - but hey) At least I know I can play now And double thumbs up Lex Great work getting this up and going again

You guys are the experts - but it is because I have a space in my user name? I noticed it's doing Dark%20Elf - not Dark Elf. (old computer name from my hacking days SOOOOO long ago...)

Fixed my server! Woot! single player client isn't working... Attached is the crash log. I did it again - fresh install, but got the same error.

I just tried a clean install too. http://pastebin.com/a1DQCXzj EDIT: This is the client; the server gives me pretty much the same problem log tho. (And it was a clean install on both client and server).

Same here on .780 (both server and single player client)

I download 776-779; 776 and 777 worked - 778 and 779 did not. So now I'm positive it's something with the build. Guess I'll just have to wait until they have a new build up.

It's a fresh install - nothing in there. Tho I didn't try copying the files from the single player.... EDIT: Nope, I didn't think it'd work but it was worth a try. Same problem.

Ok, I give up trying to attach the log; I keep getting "Cannot access attachments upload path!" Everything goes fine right up until this: I had no problems with .775 (for 1.6.1 - but can't get squat going with 1.6.2 and .779)

Has anyone seen a mod with pipes - like Buildcraft - for 1.5? I really got spoiled on the mod; but am tired of waiting for it...
