ok i ran it and its launches and runs but produces this error

oh ok but even when i do double click it makes me open with but should jarfix just fix it

i opened with this java and got this error

i dont have any zip mangers installed rn and have ran jarfix. i have also tried running 1.17 and 1.16 so i dont think its the version is glitched. i have installed forge before and ran into no problems like this. Would it be helpfull to send you the error message exact

i wipped my pc and am trying to install forge it works fine for my friends but for me it pops up with open with and a click java platform and it just doesn't open and i have installed java and opened it with it and comes up with a error in forge internals or something
