    Minecraft 1.12.2 forge version 14.23.5.2847 will not open, but other ones will.

    I have downloaded version 14.23.5.2847, and when you normally open the file, it does not open, and leaves the download page. It is in the files and still does not open. I have down loaded Java and Jarfix
