quando provo a scaricare la 1.16.1 non va ma se provo a scaricare la 1.16.2 va tutto perfettamente perchè?

hi I would like to know why if I download 1.8.9 or 1.12.2 everything is fine but if I try to download 1.8 or 1.12 then it won't let me download it and this happens with all basic versions
