  1. I could have SWEARED-ED that I had tried scrolling this previously. Honestly I thought I did. Of course, now it does scroll, and the place to fill in more memory works. Thanks for the 2x4 to the head! I apparently needed that.
  2. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uXKz86t7Mgh2JlX9rrXz_OLKMftyTMk9/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Jwl1Dz0fLFg861_08MY37mclFru7bWX9/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LNX3M2GqV51_JVOkYNJsCq-UuHPGBhVh/view?usp=sharing I'm having to link these from my Google Drive, since this forum does not seem to allow directly uploading a picture. One of these shows the "more options" for 1.16.5 that shows the place to increase the RAM, another shows the "less options" for the Forge installation, and the last shows the identical "more options" for Forge - it does NOT show any place where the RAM can be changed.
  3. But that's my point. When I look at a vanilla 1.16.5 install, there is the option of changing the RAM it uses. When I look at the Forge installation for 1.16.5, there is no such option for adjusting the RAM. How does one do it when using Forge??
  4. Okay, I get that. But how do I get Minecraft to work with larger RAM than the default 2 GB?
  5. Running the Minecraft launcher on latest MacOS, 1.16.5 version of Minecraft. I've been able to get a non-Forge version of 1.16.5 to allow me to allocate more than the standard 2 GB of RAM. However, on the entry for my Forge installation there is no option to allow change of the amount of RAM allocated. Is there some setting within Forge that allows the amount of RAM to be changed?
