    Why is fabric not working?

    It just doesn't seem to work. I use tlauncher because i cant buy but whatever, i got both the fabric api and loader in the mods file and it refuses to open. I tried actually putting some mods in and still no. my version of fabric is 1.11.7 to 1.17.1. Whenever I try to open it says this: Failed to open mod JAR at C:\Users\admin\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\mods\fabric-loader-0.11.7-1.17.1.jar! Any help?
