So i want to play a modpack though I have the problem that I cannot install the Forge Version (or any version for Minecraft 1.12.2!!!!) you see in the title. If I try to install it via the Forge .exe I get the message below. If I try it via Curseforge/Overwolf it doesnt work as well. The problem stays either way.
The error message that Forge creates when I try to open the Installer:

I know that this issue is known, yet I have not found a solution. Of course I tried reinstalling everything, trying different versions and installing new drivers etc.
Please note that I can install and use other Forge versions for other Minecraft version but 1.12.2 .
I would really appreciate any help.
