  1. Not sure why it wasn't working before but it's all good now. Thank you.
  2. I want to elaborate it's forge on every version of minecraft. I cannot open any .jar files of any kind. I have them set to open with java.exe. I have the most recent version of java. When following solutions from other threads I noticed when I put in "java -version" into a cmd I don't get an error of any kind, but it also doesn't tell what version I'm using. Schrodinger's java. I have the file in my computer and it can find java but then refuses to do anything with it.

  4. I've ran minecraft servers both vanilla and modded in the past, recently, I can no longer get any forge.jar to work. Running vanilla servers still work. When I double click a forge.jar nothing happens and when I open the forge.jar using a bat file it will open up the cmd, but it won't actually start the server, it will either close itself or ask me to press any key to continue and when I do it closes itself. I made sure I installed the correct java for 1.12.2 and I made sure to clean out older versions of java incase they were causing issue... Not sure what else to do please help.
