Its a server with mods so players need a launcher for installing mods and others things its just for the server, its require mojang or microsoft auth and minecraft files are downloaded from the official website itself what the problem?

I have a problem, i'm actually creating a launcher for a minecraft server but when i want to download all the forge libraries from the forge api a error is throw about a expired certificate. I search everywhere on the whole internet but i found nothing about this ;(
