    https://imgur.com/a/4FnPXJK Hopefully this link works^^ I changed the command in the start.bat file for forge but it doesn't do anything or create any mod folders to run the server. Unless I have typed something incorrectly.

    Okay so basically I'm using 1.16.5 forge and when I use this ("minecraft_server.1.16.5") as a variable for the start.bat file, it works and generates a server normally as it would if it was a regular vanilla minecraft server and then it states "Incomplete set of tags" but then if I change it to "forge-1.16.5-36.0.14", it won't open or load the start.bat file properly and nothing loads at all. I even tried double-clicking the actual file to see if it opens anything but it does absolutely nothing? Is there a way to fix this please, I'd appreciate the help.
