I am attempting to run a Forge Server in 1.12.2 but whenever I run the forge java file nothing happens. If I run the vanilla minecraft server thing it opens it up as if it were a vanilla server. I have watched several videos, and looked through tons of other peoples problems, and nobody seems to have had my exact problem? Maybe when I run it, it installs it in a different place, but i'm not sure how I would correct that, even if it was the problem. Also no EULA shows up unless I run the vanilla server. I would attach a photo of the folder, but i'm not sure how to do that.
