I've extended random village's population to 19 villagers in Minecraft with Forge. After 6 ingame days 4 golems appeared (1 golem should be). When I repeated these actions in clean Minecraft, there weren't any problems with golems' amount. All mods that I have are not influencing the idea of generating or spawning anything: Optifine, fastworkbench&FastFurnace.
