    I have found a bug. This problem has only happened when using Forge 153+. When a RedPower2 deployer or assembler deploys a block, it is placed one block lower than it should and, if that blockspot is already occupied it then places the block where it should. This does not happen when using Forge 3.3.8.152 Forge Log Minecraft Log
