    skin is not seen in forge 1.12.2

    I have installed minecraft 1.12.2 in forge and when I enter my skin it looks like steve (or herobrine) and I have tried to look in other tutorials but it does not change and it does not appear in multiplayer either I have tried in the normal version of 1.12.2 and it is see someone knows any solution
