    Error while installing Forge

    Hello. I've had the same error. This forum has been a great help to me to find the solution. Finally, I have managed to fix it by entering "c :\ Windows \ System32 \ drivers \ etc" and modifying the "hosts" file. In this one, I have deleted the entire line that mentions "launchermeta.mojang.com". It has worked for me, and I hope it can help you Greetings from Spain, and forgive me if my English is not very correct.
