    Sound is non-existent, icon is different

    When I start Minecraft Forge 1.12.2 14.23.5.2860 with no mods, my icon is this, rather than the standard crafting table icon. Also, my sound is non-existent. I checked my sound sliders, and nothing seems wrong.
