Koopmanscakemix

I'm playing Better Minecraft 1.18, and since yesterday my game keeps glitching out reaching unrendered areas of the world. When flying with an elytra its impossible to stop flying, breaking blocks doesn't drop anything, commands don't work and much more. How can I stop this from happening?
