Thank you, but the problem is still there. Once I run the .bat file, it pretends it is a normal server and completely ignores the forge jar file. B r u h . -

I made a new server for Forge 1.16.5. I put in all of the server jars, made the start.bat file, and I double clicked on the forge.jar file to make it create new files. It didn't. idek what to do at this point lol please help
