    OKAY, IGNORE THIS OR SOMETHING. I finally got it figured out. I wish to thank, if he ever sees this, TheBreakdown, for his vids that helped me download Forge and get it working.

    So, for whatever reason, I keep running into the issue of not being able to open Minecraft Forge at all. Period. Does anyone know how to fix that?
