    Minecraft mods do not show up on my server

    Hi, I recently made a modded 1.18.2 server following a tutorial so I didn’t have to use apexhosting. The server works fine and boots up, I added the mods I wanted to both folders (.minecraft and the mods in the server) and they loaded up the game and said (17 mods loaded) I then went to load up my server that I made with the mods, and none of the mods are showing up, and they only work in single player. Is there any fox to this? I’ve been working on this server for about 6 hours trying to get it to work and I have no where else to go for help.
