i managed to get it working now, thank you

Most guides I have been seeing have that file in there. I guess it just isn't there. Hello, I am attempting to create a modded server using forge installer 36.2.20. When running the installer and downloading the server files into a set folder, no 1.16.5.json file appears, and the forger server file does not run properly. Anything helps. Thanks, Minerguy
