    Help me understand how the mod was developed

    Good afternoon, colleagues. I found this mod on the internet. I studied the forge documentation, but I can’t understand how similar mod can be implemented. Maybe the author opens a socket inside minecraft mod and sends commands from his client-application there? Any ideas?
