    Mod folders doesn't create when i click on forge server

    Hello! I need help, i've tried many times, retrying, watching different videos and even going on reddit to search for it but I'm never able to create a modded server. When i click twice on the forge server .jar it only creates the log folder, even if I create the mods folder by myself, it gives me an error, please help!
