    seems like the problem's gotten worse, you cant even download forge now XDD been checking back on twitch every day or so and the problem's not gotten better, and instead, wont even let you make a new modpack now XDD oh, ok, my bad, i can make a new modpack just fine, still wont run because of the missing file though

    by any chance would you know where to obtain said missing file? im tech savvy enough to know what im doing with it, i just have no idea where to even begin searching for said file as it would be nice to have in the mean time
