  1. I've run a few modded servers before ranging from version 1.7.10 up to the 1.16s and never had this issue before, or any issues really. My server folder has a libraries folder, a forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2859.jar, a forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2859-universal.jar, and a minecraft_server.1.12.2.jar. There's nothing else and when I attempt to use the universal.jar to generate the eula, mods folder and all the rest, it does nothing. No loading, no files appearing, no server interface, nothing. I've done my research and tried running it off the command prompt but it's become readily apparent that I don't know enough about the command prompt, as I can't seem to get the cmd to navigate to where my server folder is, and even when I moved the server folder to where the cmd was already wanting to look, it'd look into the file, but not register anything inside it. I've been going in circles on my own for a few days now, and am at my whits end here. Any help would be amazing, we're really wanting to play together, I've already got all the mods selected, set up and working properly, I just need to be able to launch the server now I tried inserting an image but I've no clue how as apparently neither imgur nor onedrive's image sharing links are good enough for the Forge Forums, so unfortunately, gonna have to settle for a physical web link, sorry about that: https://imgur.com/a/MHkDeCa
