hello guys can you help me to fix this problem. I'm playing on Minecraft version 1.8.9 with the latest version of forge and this bug or problem just suddenly appears. so I suddenly disconnected when moving from the lobby to the bedwars game. the first time logging in the server runs normally. but after bedwars game finished and i started the game. suddenly I disconnected and an error appeared like this in the picture. This problem is still happening until now. I hope you guys can help me. Thank you.
