    Sorry for the confusion. But to put it in more detail I wanted to try a mod for java version for Minecraft 1.18.2 exactly and so I went to download forge I downloaded the newest version and installed it and was told from the tutorial that there should be a mod file .Minecraft folder So i opened the Folder for .Minecraft up and only saw the original folders that come with Minecraft and the tutorial i was following stated "After you are done installing forge open up .Minecraft from your folders and find the Mod folder from forge And as i downloaded forge and checked the folder i couldn't find the Mod folder Im not sure if they had used another application but im not sure cause i am a newbie to forge and dont know how to use it and what to expect And sorry for the confusion
