what is the debug log i just installed forge and have no clue what that is

Whenever I try to open forge 1.18.2, (I have correctly installed it and the mod i want to use) It comes up with this in the launcher: The game crashed whilst initializing game Error: org.spongepowered.asm.mixin.transformer.throwables.MixinTransformerError: An unexpected critical error was encountered Exit Code: -1 Could you please help me!
