I have found what my issue was. I ended up having a corrupted video card driver. Not sure why it didn't affect the stock installation of Minecraft but uninstalling it with DDU and using the latest stable release fixed my issue. Thank you guys for the help

Got this as an error code. The fans on my pc do spool up as if it is attempting to launch. I do not see the red screen that I would have normally and then I get this. https://imgur.com/a/dgMLv6i

Stock Minecraft 1.18.2 Launches ok, Running the initial installation of forge 40.1.25 causes the crash

I am thinking about uninstalling the launcher and all the Minecraft installations. If that doesn't work, I am clueless into what's going on

I am not really sure why my forge installations are crashing on me. It is probably something really simple without me realizing it.
