    Server/Game ID Mismatch

    I'm having an issue connecting to my personal server. Each time I try to connect it gives me an error telling me that Forge Mod Loader has found ID mismatches. ID 291 (Stone Hoe) is mismatched between world and game. What can I do exactly to fix this problem? Starting a new world doesn't fix it. Nevermind, you can lock or delete this thread. I figured it out. Thanks.
