Gosh, i cant find anything! Why cant someone post a tutorial on youtube how to acces it and how to use it?

Oh and yes, i already tried reinstalling forge and even minecraft.

I've got some hypixel skyblock mods in my mods folder but if i open minecraft with forge they're not appearing in the mods section and in game they're not working either. (the mods are SkyblockAddons, NotEnoughUpdates and BazaarNotifier) Can someone help me?
