bump pls help

Hi I was wondering how i could show items/armor on custom entity model and maybe also basic animations like default idle animation (the arms slowly moving) does anyone know how I could do that? I've already made the model in blockbench and saved it. i just dont know how to render items on it or basic animation. you can tell me the answer to one question or both, either way i would appreciate it a lot
